- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta to al dente according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water to cool.
- Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and cut into thin slices.
- Thinly slice the onion and soak in a bowl of cold water to reduce sharpness.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, dill, and white vinegar to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, cucumber, onion, and dressing. Refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving.
