Description

This avocado dressing delivers an irresistible flavor with its creamy texture and fresh ingredients. Perfect for salads and quick meals, it’s hassle-free and delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon – juice only
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (or basil, or parsley)
  • coarse kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare a blender or food processor with an opening on top for adding ingredients during blending.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and skin, then add the avocado flesh to the blender or food processor.
  3. Add white wine vinegar, lemon juice, agave nectar, garlic clove, cilantro, and salt to the blender. Do not add oil yet!
  4. Secure the lid, begin blending, and slowly drizzle in the avocado oil until fully incorporated. Blend for a few seconds longer after all oil is added.
  5. Adjust the consistency and flavor by adding more avocado oil for a thinner dressing and blend again.

Notes

Ensure the blender has a top opening for easy ingredient addition.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed for optimal flavor.
Feel free to substitute cilantro with basil or parsley for different flavor profiles.
