Description

This Watermelon Feta Salad is a delightful mix of sweet watermelon, creamy feta, and fragrant herbs. It’s perfect for a quick meal, offering a fresh burst of flavor that’s ideal for summer picnics or healthy snacks.


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chopped seedless watermelon
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lime
  • flaky sea salt to taste
  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, add the chopped watermelon, crumbled feta cheese, chopped basil, and chopped mint.
  2. Sprinkle the lime zest over the mixture and drizzle with lime juice.
  3. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly combined.
