This Waldorf Salad combines crisp apples, crunchy celery, and sweet grapes with a creamy dressing. It’s a refreshing, easy dish perfect for gatherings or a light lunch.

- 2 cups Apples, Diced
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Celery (Diced)
- 1 cup Grapes (Halved)
- 1/2 cup Pecan Halves (Roughly Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (Whipped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples with sugar and lemon juice, tossing to coat.
- Add diced celery, halved grapes, and the roughly chopped pecans, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the mayonnaise until smooth.
- Combine the apple mixture with the whipped cream mixture and season with salt. Adjust to taste if necessary.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding raisins or dried cranberries to the salad.
This salad can be served on a bed of lettuce for extra presentation.
