Description

This Triple Chocolate Cheesecake will delight chocolate lovers with its rich layers of semi-sweet and white chocolate. Enjoy this delicious dessert at any gathering or special occasion. Perfect for those looking for an easy and mouthwatering homemade cheesecake!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 26 Oreo brand chocolate creme filled sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet baking bar, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces white chocolate baking bar, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup heavy cream, divided
  • 32 ounces block-style cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • ¼ cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3–4 cups hot water, for the water bath
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking bar, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon clear corn syrup
  • White chocolate bar shavings
  • Semi-sweet chocolate bar shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wrap the outside of a 9-inch springform pan with two layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil and spray the inside with non-stick baker’s spray.
  2. Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Slowly drizzle the melted butter into the food processor while it runs, mixing until fully combined. The mixture should look like wet sand.
  4. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes, then let the crust cool to room temperature.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
You can use a water bath to prevent the cheesecake from cracking during baking.
Garnish with chocolate shavings for an elegant presentation.
