Description

Tiramisu Blended Oats combine rich espresso flavor with creamy yogurt and wholesome oats, making it a delightful quick breakfast or healthy dessert option. Perfect for those seeking an easy-to-make, satisfying treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 oz. espresso
  • ¾ cup almond milk, plain, unsweetened
  • ¾ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup 2% greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • cocoa powder for topping
  • 12 teaspoons mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients for the base of the oats into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended oats into 2 storage containers and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and maple syrup until combined.
  4. Top each oat cup with the yogurt mixture, then sprinkle with cocoa powder and mini chocolate chips.

Notes

For a sweeter flavor, adjust maple syrup to taste.
You can substitute almond milk with any other milk of choice.
Feel free to add more toppings like nuts or fresh fruit.
