Description

This delightful Pumpkin Protein Shake combines the creamy richness of pumpkin puree with the sweetness of banana. It’s quick to make, nutritious, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack—ideal for anyone who loves smooth, homemade treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, oats, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use frozen almond milk instead of cubes.
Adjust spice levels to suit your taste; add more pumpkin pie spice if you love the flavor.
This shake can be prepared ahead of time; just blend before serving.
