Description

This Swiss Chicken Bake features juicy chicken breasts topped with gooey Swiss cheese and a savory herb stuffing. It’s an easy, comforting dish perfect for quick dinners that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 ½ cups herb stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup melted salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and top with Swiss cheese slices.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread this mixture over the chicken and cheese evenly.
  4. Mix the herb stuffing with melted butter in a separate bowl and spread it over the top of the dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is browned.
