- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ cups herb stuffing mix
- ¼ cup melted salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the dish and top with Swiss cheese slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread this mixture over the chicken and cheese evenly.
- Mix the herb stuffing with melted butter in a separate bowl and spread it over the top of the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is browned.
