- 4 mini cucumbers sliced thin
- .35 ounce roasted seaweed
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the rinsed sushi rice and water to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes until cooked.
- While the rice cooks, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and kosher salt in a bowl, stirring until dissolved.
- Once the rice is cooked, gently fold in the vinegar mixture, ensuring that it absorbs evenly.

Feel free to substitute the imitation crab with real crab if desired for an authentic taste.
