- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup salted butter (melted)

- 6 oz strawberry flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and gather all ingredients.
- In a food processor, pulse the crushed pretzels and brown sugar until mixed but still chunky.
- Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture is moistened.
- Press the pretzel crust mixture into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer until combined.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Spread this over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix the strawberry gelatin powder with boiling water until dissolved. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries into the thickened gelatin, then pour this layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill the dish for 2 to 4 hours until the gelatin is completely set. Slice and serve chilled.
