Description

This steak marinade offers an irresistible flavor boost to your meat with simple ingredients like olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, making it ideal for quick dinners or BBQ gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl or freezer bag, mix olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
  2. Submerge up to 2 pounds of steak in the mix and let it marinate for a minimum of 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  3. After marinating, take out the steak and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill or broil the steak to your preferred doneness.

Notes

Marinate the steak longer for a deeper flavor.
Add more garlic if you prefer a stronger taste.
This marinade works well with chicken and pork too.
