- 2 (10 ounce) bags mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 2 cups crushed kettle cooked potato chips
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13 inch pan with nonstick baking spray.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until bubbly and brown bits appear at the bottom, then reduce heat to low.
- Add one bag of marshmallows and ¼ of the second bag to the pot. Stir until creamy and fully melted, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Mix in the rice krispies cereal with a large spatula. When halfway combined, add the crushed potato chips and mix until evenly distributed.
- Incorporate the remaining marshmallows, pressing the mixture into the prepared pan using wax or parchment paper to smooth the top.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, and drizzle over the treats once melted.
- Allow the chocolate to set before cutting into squares.
