Description

Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups combine the freshness of strawberries and blueberries with creamy whipped delight. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for gatherings or a refreshing dessert any day.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Mix on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form, adding more icing sugar to taste.
  2. In a container, layer ⅓ cup strawberries, ½ cup whipped cream, and ½ cup blueberries. Repeat for the remaining servings.
  3. Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust icing sugar according to preference.
Make sure to use fresh berries for the best flavor.
