Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more cayenne powder, salt, and pepper if needed.
