This easy Pasta Salad is bursting with flavors from mozzarella, salami, and fresh veggies, making it a delightful side for picnics and BBQs. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for gatherings!
Ingredients

- 1 pound short pasta shapes such as rotini or bow ties
- 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls, halved
- 1 pound salami, chopped
- 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 ½ pints)
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups italian dressing, homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain in a colander, then rinse under cold water until cooled. Drain well again.
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, chill the salad for a few hours before serving.
Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies or proteins.
