Instructions
- Lay parchment paper on the counter and set out the Oreos.
- Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Dunk one side of an Oreo in the melted chocolate and place it on the parchment paper. Set an unwrapped Kiss in the center of the Oreo and sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the wet chocolate, covering the rim.
