- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, 1 can drained, juice reserved
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping, optional
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin and 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Chill the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip until smooth. Carefully fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust. Top with dollops of whipped cream and additional mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate until set for about 4 hours, or for a frozen option, freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
For a richer flavor, allow the pie to rest overnight before serving.
Feel free to add a layer of chocolate on the bottom of the crust for an additional taste.
This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
