Description

These Key Lime Pie Bars are a delightful treat, featuring a buttery graham cracker crust and a tangy lime filling that’s simple to prepare and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Line a 9” square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

Notes

For a firmer texture, refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before serving.
Optional lime zest adds an extra burst of flavor, but it’s not necessary.
