Description

This Homemade Whipped Cream is a must-try for its irresistible flavor and easy preparation. With just heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla, it’s the perfect topping for desserts, making any treat extra special.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240g/ml) heavy cream or heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar or confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cold heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a handheld or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until medium peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. If over-whipped, add a little more cold heavy cream and fold gently with a spatula until smooth.
  4. Use immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Ensure your heavy cream is very cold for best results.
Store whipped cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
