Description

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a delightful treat featuring creamy cottage cheese and yogurt, sweetened with maple syrup and topped with fresh fruit. A simple, quick dessert that packs a flavorful punch, perfect for a healthy snack or a sweet finish after dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese, skyr yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In two jars, place crushed graham crackers at the bottom. Evenly distribute the cheesecake filling into each jar.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Serve the jars as they are or top with your favorite ingredients.

Notes

Feel free to use any nut butter for added richness.
For a lower calorie version, opt for fat-free yogurt and cottage cheese.
