  • 3 pounds chicken wings party style
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl or a resealable gallon-sized bag.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  5. Grill the wings for 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to prevent burning.
  6. Remove the wings from the grill, garnish with more chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes
