- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
- Process on high until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately or chill for at least an hour before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
