Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Process on high until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least an hour before serving.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
Adjust the spiciness with cayenne pepper or hot sauce according to your preference.
