Description

This easy recipe for blueberry popsicles combines sweet frozen blueberries, creamy yogurt, and ripe banana for a refreshing treat. Perfect for hot days, these luscious popsicles are simple to make, providing a healthy and delicious way to cool down. Enjoy homemade flavors with every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a little liquid to help blend.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, making sure to leave about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil or a lid and insert popsicle sticks into the mixture.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until thoroughly frozen.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Notes

Feel free to replace the yogurt with a dairy-free alternative if desired.
For an extra fruity flavor, use fresh blueberries when in season.
