- 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled
Instructions
- Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a little liquid to help blend.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, making sure to leave about 1/4 inch of space at the top.
- Cover the molds with foil or a lid and insert popsicle sticks into the mixture.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until thoroughly frozen.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the sticks to remove the popsicles.
Notes
Feel free to replace the yogurt with a dairy-free alternative if desired.
For an extra fruity flavor, use fresh blueberries when in season.
