- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced

- ½ cup (119 g) heavy cream, or milk
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Pound thick chicken breasts to about ½ to ¾ inch for even cooking, or halve large breasts.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a shallow bowl, dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown but not fully cooked. Then transfer to a plate.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
Feel free to add other herbs like thyme or sage to the seasoning mix for a different flavor profile.
