Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for about a minute, just until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into a thin round.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and the bread is fully cooked.

Notes

Kneading the dough gently helps to maintain the softness of the naan.
You can adjust the thickness of the naan based on your preference.
