- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 small clove garlic

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and shallot. Stir gently to mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
