Description

This Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is a delightful dessert featuring juicy peaches and soft cinnamon rolls, making it an irresistible treat for any gathering or cozy night in. Perfectly simple to prepare, it combines sweet, warm flavors, making it an excellent choice for comfort food enthusiasts.


Ingredients

  • 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 9-inch square pan by spraying it with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Pit, peel, and slice the peaches, then place them in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the saucepan. Stir occasionally over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and evenly distribute the pieces over the top of the peaches.
  6. Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls turn golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls over the cobbler.

Notes

For added sweetness, consider using ripe peaches.
Feel free to add other fruits like berries for a mixed fruit cobbler.
Serve warm with ice cream for a delicious dessert experience.
