Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the spaghetti and salt, and cook for one minute less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the pot used for the spaghetti, combine two cups of cheese, cream cheese, mushroom soup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend well.
  4. Stir in the cooked chicken and spaghetti, then pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Top with the remaining one cup of cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
