These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful combination of buttery richness and sweet marshmallows. They are easy to prepare and perfect for sharing, making them a great choice for parties or cozy family gatherings.

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set 10 aside.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, then remove from heat once melted.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies and fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
- Gently press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramels over the top of the treats.
- Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the melted butter.
These treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week without losing their freshness.
Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
