Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin lightly, silicone works best for easy removal.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate and salted butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop over low heat until smooth. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the large eggs for about 1 minute until they are pale and thick.
- Mix in the granulated sugar for an additional minute, ensuring it's dissolved thoroughly.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture along with the vanilla extract, mixing at low speed until combined.
- Incorporate the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and fine sea salt until just mixed together.
- Fill each well of the muffin tin with a heaping tablespoon of the batter (about 1.5 tablespoons).
- Bake them in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops are shiny and set, with the brownies puffed up.
- Once done, transfer the brownie bites to a wire cooling rack and let them cool completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality semisweet chocolate.
