Description

Boat Dip is an irresistible snack featuring creamy sour cream, zesty seasonings, and rich cheese. This simple-to-make dip is perfect for parties or a quick snack with chips or veggies, satisfying every craving with its delightful blend of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 10 oz can rotel with chiles, drained
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or blended cottage cheese for more protein

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sour cream with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese and drained Rotel, adding a pinch of salt to taste.
  3. Chill the dip for 30 minutes to 1 hour if desired, then serve with chips or veggies.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
