Description

These Blueberry Muffin Bites are a delightful treat featuring fresh blueberries and a simple, buttery batter. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack, they offer a melt-in-your-mouth experience that will satisfy your cravings for homemade goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a mini muffin pan with mini paper liners.

  6. Spoon the batter into each muffin liner, filling them about 2/3 full.

Notes
