Description

These Blueberry Mojitos bring a burst of fresh flavor with simple prep. Just muddle juicy blueberries with mint and lime, add rum and soda for a delightful drink. Ideal for summer parties or a relaxing evening!


Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime, cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda, to taste
  • 3 blueberries, for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Muddle blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves at the bottom of a tall glass until the blueberries are broken and the lime juice is released.
  2. Pour in the rum and simple syrup, then add club soda and stir gently.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and adjust the soda to your taste.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup depending on your sweetness preference.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with more club soda or a flavored sparkling water.
