- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of it. Fold the other side over and press down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, flip it, and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other outside. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar generously over the buttered sides.
- Place on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add more fruits like strawberries or bananas for variety.
Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter option.
Serve with a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
