Description

Enjoy a delightful treat with this Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla, featuring a creamy cinnamon filling and fresh blueberries. It’s a delicious and quick meal option, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 burrito size flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • cinnamon & sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle blueberries over half of it. Fold the other side over and press down lightly.
  3. Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, flip it, and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other outside. Optional: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar generously over the buttered sides.
  4. Place on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.

Notes

Feel free to add more fruits like strawberries or bananas for variety.
Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter option.
Serve with a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
