Description

This BBQ Chicken Marinade brings mouthwatering flavors to your chicken with its simple blend of BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, and garlic. Perfect for quick dinners or summer grilling, it makes juicy, flavorful chicken that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Poke the chicken all over with a fork, then place it in a dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken to coat completely. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least an hour before grilling.
