- 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup italian dressing
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
Instructions
- Whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
- Poke the chicken all over with a fork, then place it in a dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken to coat completely. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours, or at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
