- 3 cups shredded chicken, I used rotisserie
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1½ cups refried beans
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 4 tostada shells
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- Pico de Gallo
- Lime juice
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400˚F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salsa and taco seasoning. In a separate small bowl, whisk sour cream and lime juice together.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the tostada shells and layer each with refried beans. Add a layer of cheese, followed by a scoop of seasoned chicken, and top with more cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the chicken is heated through.
- Once baked, garnish the tostadas with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and drizzle lime-flavored sour cream on top. Serve immediately.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken makes this recipe quick and flavorful.
Feel free to customize toppings according to your preference.
