- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag with a rolling pin or use a food processor to create crumbs.
- Transfer the cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- In the bowl, combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys with the biscuit crumbs.
- Mix everything thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, take the mixture and form it into glass-marble sized balls.
- Roll each truffle in the coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in paper cases.
- Return the truffles to the refrigerator until it's time to serve.
