Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1.5 tablespoons chicken seasoning
- 2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2.5 cups yellow baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with 1½ tablespoons of chicken seasoning and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over high heat, add olive oil, then sear the chicken thighs for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, potatoes, and remaining chicken seasoning. Sauté for 7–9 minutes until potatoes brown.

- Add butter to the sauce, stirring until melted, and ensure chicken reaches 165ºF.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve chicken over potatoes with sauce.
Notes
Adjust seasoning according to taste preference.
For extra flavor, marinate chicken thighs for a few hours before cooking.
