- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 large banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup
Instructions
- Cut the frozen strawberries and banana into 1-inch chunks and freeze on a parchment-lined sheet pan for about 1 hour until completely frozen.
- In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, acai powder, milk, honey, and almond butter. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary to achieve a thick smoothie texture.
- Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls and top with granola, fresh strawberries, banana, mango, and a drizzle of honey.
