No other season makes me feel this type of way.
I’m always so excited when autumn starts because I love pumpkin spice latte but also I get so inspired to start baking.
Cinnamon buns is something I always love to bake in the fall. Also I feel like this is the start of the soup season and there are so many to choose from.

This might be one of my favourite desserts.
So creamy and delicious, it is the best dessert to indulge in during fall.
The sugary filling mixed with the delicious cream cheese frosting will have you eating these in one day.
It is made with pretty standard ingredients and it doesn’t take too long.
2. Pumpkin Pasta
This pumpkin pasta is perfect for fall since pumpkins are everywhere.
If you have any leftover pumpkin puree you can use it as the sauce. If not just buy canned pumpkin puree from the shop.
With only a few other ingredients such as spinach and walnuts, this becomes a very sophisticated but easy meal.
You can just make it for yourself, your family, or a fall dinner party with your friends.
3.Butternut Squash Gnocchi
Butternut squash gnocchi with sausage, thyme and sage is the ultimate comfort food for fall.
Made with only a few simple ingredients, this recipes takes less than 1 hour to make.
If you want to make the recipe vegetarian, remove the sausages and use veggie stock instead.
This recipes uses store bought gnocchi but if you prefer you can make your own.

This recipe doesn’t take too long but make sure to cook the rice on low heat and add the stock liquid slowly, waiting to evaporate before adding more.
7. Pumpkin Ricotta Stuffed Shells
This recipe is vegan but if you want to make it vegetarian you can just replace the tofu with ricotta and plant milk with regular milk.
You will need jumbo pasta shells, pumpkin puree, tofu or ricotta and a few other ingredients.
You need to make the pumpkin tofu ricotta mixture while cooking the pasta shells.
Then you will fill them up, pour bechamel sauce on top and bake.

This is the perfect meal to feed the whole family on a fall day.

You will only need flour, butter, sugar, eggs and apples of course.
Don’t forget to add a little bit of cinnamon for that amazing autumn smell.

One pan meals are my favourite.
Very easy to make you just need to give it 1 hour to cook.
You will need chicken, sweet potatoes, apple, onions, maple and a few spices.

Orzo pasta is so versatile.
In this recipe it is paired with butternut squash and kale.
The longest part of the meal is the cooking of the butternut squash which takes 45 minutes.
But if you have an airfrier you can cut that time in half.
The rest of the ingredients can be cooked all in one pan. Orzo only takes about 7-8 minutes.
At the end, place the roasted butternut squash on top and grate some parmesan.
15. Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles
This recipes wins the award for the cutest dessert ever.
These little pumpkins not only look so adorable they are very tasty too.
For these you need a few ingredients like canned pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, graham crackers, a few spices and chocolate chips.
The whole recipe takes no more than 45 minutes but you definitely won’t regret making them.
16. Stuffed Squash with Creamy Spinach
If you have any squash you would like to use this recipe is great.
Easy way to cook squash and fill it with a creamy spinach, cream cheese and parmesan mixture.
