These Valentine’s Day Coconut-Chocolate Keto Bars offer a delightful combination of coconut and chocolate flavors. Perfect for a simple, healthy treat, these bars are made with wholesome ingredients like coconut butter and cacao, making them a must-try for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut butter
  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil (big teaspoons)
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut butter and extra virgin coconut oil in a double boiler.
  • Add the shredded coconut chips, cacao mass, cacao butter, vanilla powder, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Combine until thick paste forms.
  • Pour the coconut mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate until slightly solidified.
  • Once the first layer sets, move on to preparing the chocolate layer.

Notes

You can add more coconut sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Make sure to let the bars cool completely before cutting for best results.
