- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin

- 1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 20 golden oreos, about ½ standard package
- 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin, the remaining amount
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment and spray with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin. Mix until thick and well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla until mixed. Add powdered sugar and heavy cream; continue to mix until fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled brownies.
- Using a food processor, pulse Golden Oreos until coarse crumbs remain, with some larger pieces.
- Sprinkle the remaining strawberry gelatin over the crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Pulse until mixed well.
- Sprinkle the cookie mixture over the brownie layer and gently press it down into the frosting.
- Cut into squares and enjoy.
