- 4 oz honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Zest of 1 small orange (approx 1 tbsp)
- 1 pasteurized egg white (from a large egg), at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Colored sprinkles (to decorate)
Instructions
- Prepare the shortcrust pastry dough as indicated in the recipe.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to 2 days.
