- 1/4 cup fresh chives chopped plus more to garnish
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the cooled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped eggs, dill pickles, pickle juice, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, fresh dill, and chopped chives.
