Description

This Strawberry Daiquiri is a refreshing and flavorful drink that combines the sweetness of fresh and frozen strawberries with a hint of lime. Perfect for gatherings or a sunny day, this cocktail is easy to prepare and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat to make simple syrup, stirring until sugar dissolves for about 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow the simple syrup to cool completely.
  • In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, fresh strawberries, lime juice, coconut rum, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve the daiquiris garnished with extra rum and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup used.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with more coconut water or soda.
Always serve chilled for the best experience.
