This St Patrick’s Day charcuterie board offers a delightful combination of soft pretzels, flavorful cheeses, and fresh veggies, making it perfect for gatherings or snacking at home with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 8 soft pretzels
  • 1 cup pub cheese
  • 8 oz dubliner irish cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz boursin garlic and herb
  • 8 oz dill havarti
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 tbsp irish mustard
  • 2 tbsp grainy dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp spicy horseradish
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 box assorted crackers
  • 1 cup cornichon pickles

Instructions

  • Heat soft pretzels according to packaging.
