- 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup baileys® irish cream
- marshmallows or whipped cream
Instructions
- Break the chocolate squares into pieces and place them in the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except the Baileys.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Once the cocoa is hot, mix in the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Serve mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows alongside the slow cooker so guests can help themselves.
- Keep the slow cooker on warm for up to 3 hours, stirring often.

For extra sweetness, adjust sugar to taste.
