- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If using a sweetener, mix it with the greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined.
- In a mason jar or bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
- Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top of the yogurt.
- Layer the remaining yogurt over the fruit and granola.
- Top with the rest of the fruit and granola.
- Drizzle more honey if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness of the yogurt by adding more honey or syrup according to taste.
Feel free to use any fruit you prefer, such as bananas, peaches, or mangoes.
For extra crunch, consider adding nuts or seeds to the parfait.
