Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are packed with flavor and made easy! With marinara, pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella, they make for a delightful meal or snack everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12×10 inches and about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about ½ inch at the edges.
  • Top with pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella evenly without overstuffing.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the longer side and pinch to seal the seams. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place them on the lined sheet pan, spaced about 3 to 4 inches apart.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to make garlic butter.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some garlic butter, reserving some for later.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up. Brush with remaining garlic butter after removing from oven. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure not to roll the dough too thin to maintain its shape.
Avoid overstuffing the rolls to prevent them from collapsing during baking.
