Ingredients

  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ice
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • club soda

Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves and brown sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the mint oils.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, then pour in the rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lime juice.
